Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

Trello has lend a great helping hand in organizing my projects and improves my productivity in then professional environment.

I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.

I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Everyone in the company can see what is going on and what they need to do, and no information is lost.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I want full functionally for free. I realize how ridiculous that is, but if pressed for a complaint, that's the worst I can come up with.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.

There isn't really anything that I would say I dislike.

The new feature to restrict data processing for employees could cause potential problems. IF employees select this then it may cause issues if there is a payroll change thus not showing up on reports.

The software is so user friendly and easy to use. There was not much upskilling needed as it was so self explanatory.

It is based on managers, not on departments which is difficult when there are different managers in the same department and they all need to view each others absence planners.

Right from enquiring through to the delivery of package and customer service. The Youmanage Team are friendly, helpful  and supportive.

We have saved loads of time since implementing youmanage. Employees find it easier to use and can more easily request time off and keep track of departmental leave now we have the system.

As with many automated systems, there are some restrictions and limitations, but I've not found these enough of a problem to stop use of the system.

Central database for employee information across the group allowing records to be maintained/updated & shared where appropriate with ease.

There are no things in particular that I dislike. Perhaps from a new user perspective, would be helpful to have tooltips.

The online help library and support tools are excellent and we get very quick solutions to any issues we raise.

My overall experience is a good one - I enjoy using the system. The customer service is excellent - and I always get prompt and thorough responses to my queries.

I dislike that the filters stay on after a search has been done even though they don't need to be. EG birthday/ anniversary when I go to search for a normal employee.
