For me as a project leader and product owner a reliable and knowledgeable counterpart on tts' side is essential. Our customer advisor brings both (and more) to the table and made a huge difference during implementation and the operating phase. They are the best fit for us. They have long-term experience, an extensive understanding of our needs and have always provided the best solutions. I would say I'm an enthusiastic fan of the tts team and performance suite. Customer service is great as well - Questions and tickets are always answered very quickly, either by our professional services team or the technical / first level support. We also had workshops with the learning architects, which were very informative and helpful in the starting phase. To create a huge amount of sound and reliable content in a short period of time our professional experts were able to rapidly grasp the handling of content creation. Business guidance, a diverse choice of templates, workflow management and many more features made the tts performance suite a great tool for our needs. #### Cons The producer for creating e-learnings is more complex to understand. The person creating e-learnings needs an understanding in the field and methods of knowledge transfer. The tool brings a multitude of functions. To be aware of all of them and find them in the extensive menu is challenging sometimes. Users are able to improve their efficiency by having access to content that is specifically designed for their role and is easy to access. #### Cons One thing to consider and to plan for is a good learning and practice cycle particularly if the development team are new to this type of technology. Simulation screens are effectively a "thin slice" of the software screen, meaning that tts recognises learning objects, making changes easier to facilitate than in some similar tools. tts is system agnostic and works across our enterprise, meaning that we are not tied in to a vendor's solution and can have a consistent look and feel for learning and contextual help across multiple software applications. #### Cons It is quite technical and has many feature making it not simple to learn, but once understood is great to use and does not require any programming knowledge.
