"I like that TurboTenant can be used to screen potential tenants without obtaining their social security number while have the prospective tenant pay for this service."

"I am only familiar with TurboTenant from the tenant perspective rather than the landlord/property management, since that is what my current landlord uses, but so far it seems pretty user friendly and notifies me easily."

"Turbotenant customer service works normal business hours. When we have had problems it has been after hours and we have needed to wait for the office to reopen for a resolution."
