Tydy is a great product to automate your BGC/Onb Processes
Automated several cumbersome processes for new hires, integration with different systems has made operations easy. Employees' productivity has enhanced. UX/UI is great and new age.
CONSReporting admin rights needed for autonomy in creating reports/cuts in data as we like. Several features (such as form-building) / changes to templates should be enabled to be done by client

Great Onboarding Tool
We at EXL have been using Tydy for almost 3 years now and have onboarded 40000+ employees from accross the globe. It is easy to set-up new hires and get them the best content available during pre and on boarding stages.
PROSIt is user friendly, easy navigation, proper allignment of contents, cater to large audience around globe, easy modifications, digital, value for money

Pre-onboarding Experience
Currently facing lot of issues after initiating new journey. so overall experience is dissatisfactory.
PROSNothing to add here, as some features which were available are also disabled.
CONSthere are no new features added to gamify the onboarding process.

TyDy System - Review
1. The product is easy to use for both candidates and HR team. 2. he integration built with SF is done well and therefore works seamlessly with only a few glitches here and there at times. 3. The training provided is great.
CONS1. The support TAT can be reduced as most of the issues needs to be resolved in a stipulated time. 2. Most of the customer facing team is easy to approach and responds well. But we feel there is a scope for improvement for some SPOCs as we faced a lot of delays due to the ay things get handles at times.

Its an Good experience. Recruiters and Shared Services work have been reduced drastically from Onboarding point of view. candidates are engaged via quizzes, pre read material and necessary documentation available at one place.
