Pros

Automated several cumbersome processes for new hires, integration with different systems has made operations easy. Employees' productivity has enhanced. UX/UI is great and new age.

Reporting admin rights needed for autonomy in creating reports/cuts in data as we like. Several features (such as form-building) / changes to templates should be enabled to be done by client

Need to really start building and delivering deep integrations with HRIS and Skill Upgrade tools, if the user community needs to scale Tydy solutions to other HR processes.

The Product is among the best I've seen in the industry so far. The predictive analytics is amazing.
