Generally very good! I'd absolutely recommend Typeform to other marketers. It's easy to make a form that looks beautiful but is also highly functional and achieves what you want it to, whether that's collect audience opinions, direct your client to a specific product or service, skip over questions, etc. There are a range of question types that make it easy to collect the info you're wanting to collect in a meaningful way. Further, any time I've had issues or a question customer support has been quick with a thoughtful and helpful response. At one point they even re-enabled a feature on our account after it had been mass disabled for user and the change was affecting our internal staff workflows. #### Cons I appreciate the range of options available for overall form design, but it can be a bit of a letdown when you see something is only available to higher tier users. I hope Typeform doesn't strip back lower tier memberships too much as the continue to launch new features. I would also like the ability to have at least two questions per panel. I realize the "one question per panel" is a selling point of Typeform, but there are times when it would make sense to have two questions on a panel (e.g., rate this as one question followed by "explain why you gave that rating" as a follow-up). I also don't love the increasing push of AI features. At times it is thoughtful, but I played around with their "AI follow up question" feature and the question only made sense in relation to the previous question about 50% of the time. It was like it was trying a little too hard to create "good questions" and as a result veering into questions that were outside the scope of my goals. #### Reasons for switching to Typeform It was increasingly cumbersome to use and support wasn't great if/when there was an issue. #### Vendor response Hi Blair, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I think it is one of the strongest tools out there when it comes to creating forms that are not only functional, but also visually appealing and aligned with a more elevated brand experience. It is intuitive to use, the forms look beautiful, and the final result feels much more engaging for the person filling it out. That said, there are some limitations in terms of customization and layout that can be frustrating when you want more flexibility. In particular, the inability to place two questions on the same screen makes some flows feel less streamlined than they could be. For me, Typeform stands out because it turns something usually quite functional and basic into something much more aesthetic and pleasant to interact with. #### Cons What I liked least is the lack of flexibility in the layout, especially the fact that I cannot place two questions on one screen. In some cases, that would make the experience more efficient and natural, particularly when the questions are short or closely related. Having to separate everything into individual screens can sometimes make the form feel longer than it needs to be. Typeform is a great product for look and feel, it's relatively simple to use and can easily be deployed.
