  • Pros

  • I love how easy this made the process of getting documents from customers. It looks great and is super easy to set up.
  • Typeform is great for making surveys look more appealing. It's easy to build surveys and make them look better than simple interfaces like Surveymonkey or Surveygizmo.
  • The best feature are the easy to implement forms with lots of convenient ways to get the right kind of data in the right kind of way. Clients love using them, and I love making them.
  • Cons

  • Unable to remove their branding unless you pay twice as much. So essentially you have to pay €40 more every month just to remove their branding.
  • Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
  • Internal reporting tools are limited. The jump between pro and premium was a little hard to swallow and there is no options for any ala cart features.

  • I am also really happy with the engagement ideas that are present in the help section. Love how we can create and give badges - small motivations which can be easily given even on a daily basis.

  • The automated email triggers are the best for reoccurring events like work anniversaries, birthday's, etc. It is also great that we can allocate certain budget to specific events.
  • Cons

  • Only thing I don’t like about empuls is that their platform randomly removes voucher from the store without any warning. This is irritating some times.
  • Nothing in specific that I disliked but the mobile platform can be a bit faster.
  • Socializing it within the org was something we missed on.
