Best value in the VMS space.

Tremendous cost savings and program became 4x more streamlined. The customization provided a unique client experience.

PROS

Completely customized to client, great leadership, support excellent, easily deployed quickly, etc...

CONS

Needs more robust SOW module. I understand it will be released in Q3. Would like to see IM capability to communicate with on-site program team.

Pretty good. Its nice to be able to see the progress and enhancements that have been made over the years. Good job to the team.

PROS

Its web based so easily accessible. The reporting and analytics is getting there, which is good. We should be able to easily access the data that we enter regularly.

CONS

The timehseets take a while to load. Sometimes if you press the 'submit' button, it will give you a message saying your timesheet has been submitted, but the status at the top doesn't change for a few seconds. If you close the page before the status changes to 'pending', then the timesheet doesn't go through.

UpGlide Review from an Employee whose Company Utilizes the Software

PROS

I started out using UpGlide for my company's main software interface for the managed service providers that deal with multiple staffing agencies. This product allowed us to type 1 job and send it to several agencies with just a click of a button. The features of this software allow you to keep a log of candidates submitted, rejected, interview requests, notes on progress and offers going out. It keeps the organization fluid for you so you can always go back and look for a particular person.

CONS

Integration took a little while but there are several employees in our company. We soon found out all of the issues we were having with features working successfully were due to other agencies using the system incorrectly doing steps out of order etc. The system take a long time to load anything. It runs extremely slow but again, our company size is relatively large.

Reasons for switching to UpGlide

We still use Bullhorn as a whole. Our division's leadership chose UpGlide to help us run like a true MSP.

Review for Upglide Software

PROS

It tracks time & attendance very well, as well as keeping up with the progress of various deliverables to the customer. Has a lot of potential with metric reporting as well.

CONS

Sometimes, logging in or accessing the software can take a while due to connection issues, but not a huge loss - delays are often in the order of seconds, not minutes.

Upglide usage

PROS

It's easy to navigate the all features available. it's help out to see all the information about a particular role with out interacting to that particular recruiter.

CONS

It seems this product was build in salesforce platform. It's always run slow need to improve.
