Vectorly has a great feature with the evaluation and review of each team member. You can set up matrices and career paths, track the dynamics of change, and analyse all the team's skills. Based on this information, it is much easier to make decisions about promotion, development, or hiring. Moreover, 1-1 meetings with employees have become easier and more informative thanks to Vectorly's templates and settings.

There were some difficulties with the implementation when just getting used to the product, and there were a few minor bugs. I would like to note that the support team helped to quickly deal with everything and fix it.

Because of all the problems with the platform and support, we decided to cancel. However, you cannot cancel online. You need to set up a meeting, for which they never pitch (even though you book through their platform). I would avoid this platform until they have reached stability; for the price you pay, you cannot invest in this and not know if they will be around in the future.

Product idea is great; they put a lot of thought into how to manage the talent and skills for a typical IT business or department.

Customer support is non-existent and the business and platform seems very unstable. When we initially engaged them, they made it clear that they are still a startup; seems like they are still in startup mode. Platform is very slow, very buggy and when you reach out to them they either don't respond or take days to weeks to respond.

Great mix of features that fit exactly into our mix and beyond, integrations still limited, but some are already there or on the roadmap and useful for us, skill matrix system well realized, which we didn't see anywhere else

Small bugs still here and there, but always a great response time and action by the Vectorly team, would love to be able to have operation planning connected to it, small aspects not perfectly intuitive yet, but improving

I like that we now have a useful tool that we can use to build abd manage career paths

The constantly changes and the lack of simplicity. It is not so intuitive and that is a great improvement opportunity
