Visume is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution (ATS) that caters to businesses of all sizes across various industry verticals. Key features include candidate tracking, interview scheduling, job board posting and workflow management.

Visume helps users to evaluate candidates based on video interviews, analytical quizzes or questions using techniques like NLP. Users can also retarget previous candidates and maintain individual, consolidated and collaborative scorecards.

Additionally, Visume features a self-service portal and provides users with resume searching and parsing capabilities. It also helps the users to manage and track the lifecycle of offers that include offer creation, approval, delivery and acceptance by candidates.

Relevant and deeply valuable

Excellenet. Solves a major business problem and I am sure this product will keep evolving and remain ahead of the curve.

Pros

The product helps us immensely in saving considerable time of HR/ business people in evaluating large number of candidates for standardized role definitions. More than the time and cost savings, it minimises errors of poor hiring and missing out on good candidates and this ability is priceless.

Cons

The product can continuously improve on its AI and make it more industry relevant. it will come with time but found it more relevant for some indsutries and not as relevant for others.

Pros
