Viterbit is a global solution to centralize, automate and optimize recruitment and talent selection processes.

It is a collaborative platform that helps organizations of all sizes and industries to optimize applicant tracking tasks.

The employer branding module allows companies to create job pages, customize them visually and display all information related to job roles.

In addition, Viterbit allows calendar synchronization and event planning within the same platform; a very effective solution to reduce the time and effort involved in going back and forth between emails to schedule interviews.

Viterbit's features include GDPR compliance, push notifications, data warehousing, employee engagement, analytics, activity dashboard and more. The application allows hiring managers to organize talent pools, set up workflows and track candidate application status on a centralized platform.  
In addition, it comes with a reporting module, which allows managers to generate customized reports and gain insight into hiring processes through concrete metrics.

Viterbit es una herramienta muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. Además siempre intentan mejorar con soluciones nuevas.

Cons:

Es una aplicación reciente y hay algunas cosas que necesitan un poco más de desarrollo, pero gracias al gran equipo de soporte técnico que tienen, mejoran cada día.

Viterbit es una herramienta que utilizo diariamente ya que me facilita tener ordenados a los candidatos en cada proceso de Selección. Me gusta porque me parece intuitivo y me agiliza mucho el trabajo

Cons:

En algunas ocasiones, me resulta difícil aplicar las cosas que me explican. Pero gracias a si estupenda atención al cliente, se soluciona al momento.

Pros:

Es una herramienta muy dinámica, además de super fácil manejo e intuitiva visualmente. Ofrece una serie de funcionalidades que no encuentras fácilmente en otras herramientas del mercado. Es un software muy completo, te permite llevar un seguimiento muy exhaustivo de los candidatos, además de tener un hiring plan muy avanzado. Lo mejor es que con Viterbit tienes cubierto todo el proceso de selección, desde la petición del personal hasta la contratación.

Cons:

Me gustaría que, poco a poco, se fuera afinando un poco más el tema de los informes. Es la única pega que podría poner. Existen muchos informes ya, pero hay uno específico que me encantaría tener.

Pros:

Hay varias cosas que me parecen relevantes: el poder publicar a múltiples plataformas de manera simultánea, la distribución del flujo de las fases que permite una gestión más visual del proceso y los automatismos que permiten agilizar muchas de las manualidades propias del mismo. Además de ello, la página de carreras profesionales integrada en la aplicación me parece un enorme acierto y con gran potencial.

Cons:

Por ahora, la verdad, poca desventaja: es verdad que llevo muy poco tiempo con la plataforma en uso y debo todavía investigar más pero, de momento, todo muy satisfactorio.

Básicamente, por la relación calidad/precio: entendimos que la aportación de valor era muy similar a otros proveedores (especialmente Teamtailor, el otro producto que valoramos muy seriamente) pero con un precio mucho más competitivo.

Por una cuestión de coste y funcionalidades: LinkedIn Recruiter ofrece 3 slots para vacantes a un precio muy superior a Viterbit con los 5 slots y el resto de funcionalidades asociadas.
