FUNCTIONALITY

Lack of true analytical functionality

The customer support person we have is very responsive. Unfortunately, the functionality of the platform falls flat and leaving us to wishing we had chose another vendor.

PROS

Ability for users to vote on their favorite piece of feedback. It is a great functionality, but doesn't provide a lot of value for driving actionable outcomes.

CONS

The reporting functionality is juvenile at best, as it focuses just at a manager level. While this is important for individual managers, there is a true lack of being able to do deep analysis across a team, department, or organization. You literally have to do it all in a spreadsheet and request the reports from the company vs them being available directly on the platform. There is a functionality of most commons phrases, but we've found it not to actually be aligned to the true themes of our employees engagement.

Vendor Response

Thank you for taking the time to review Waggl. We're glad to hear you like the voting features, and we believe we can help troubleshoot the issues you're citing with the analysis functionality. Waggl specializes in creating a view for managers that is easy to use and interpret. The results in the individual manager view enable and empower managers to start conversations around employee feedback through what we call the Insights Review. This part of the Employee Voice process is critical and at the heart of what makes Waggl uniquely effective. This process also intentionally builds shared ownership and alignment around action -- two powerful outcomes of Waggl vs. other solutions. Regarding the common phrases results, we recommend using these as guidance to ask clarifying questions within teams. Please do reach out to your Customer Success Manager who will be genuinely pleased to devote time and resources in whatever ways we can to improve your Waggl experience.
