"Paylocity has solved all of my otherwise typical day to day HR challenges by automating manual processes, centralizing employee data, improving compliance, and enhancing employee engagement and self-service"

"Organizations can manage payroll, benefits, time and labor, recruiting, performance management, and employee engagement within a single ecosystem."

"We use the time and attendence module and have integrated with our accounting and benefits plans to streamline and automate the payroll allocations, makeing this efficient and saves us both time and money."

"Reporting functionality could also be improved, as there are additional charges for special report configurations, which can be frustrating when trying to access the specific data you need."

"I do not have the need to utilize some of the modules like workflows, performance or recruiting, so I cannot give an intelligible review on those modules."
