  • Pros

  • Even our employees are loving to use the application with ease. We all are extremely happy to use the application with your continuous customer support.
  • Very easy to use with excellent features that exceeded my expectations and very good in price. It contains all what the employee needs and even more simple than any other HR solution.
  • Real-Time Tracking, Employee Time ins and outs, as easy as using Facebook, Online, Safe, Secure, Customization, Stable and Great customer support.
  • Cons

  • There were lots of buttons which were available to me, but navigating to them led to a "no access" pages. My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design.
  • At no point does anyone offer any assistance. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
  • The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given.

  • What I like most about this software is that it's easy to use. Everything is super straightforward and you don't have to hunt a ton for what you need.
  • I really like having a single benefit platform to access all of my benefits, 401k, pay stubs and time off management. The simple signup process is easy for members and easy reporting for management.
  • Overall, having Zenefits is great. It's easy to integrate the time off with your Outlook calendars so everyone knows when people are out and the access to your information is easy when you need it.
  • Cons

  • This is so unacceptable. The product itself is clunky, disjointed and not at all intuitive.
  • Aside from the tax issues, their service level is the worst of any company I have worked with.
  • This is truly the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. It would be one thing if my issue was a login.
