They're quick to respond and want to help. The software is very easy and straight forward to use. Shift templates, job templates, etc. I also like the drag and drop and copy for shifts. I like the reports that we can download for time tracking. Cons: You can't schedule into the next day. When scheduling, you can only schedule until midnight. It would be nice to be able to schedule from like 10:00pm to 6:00am or similar.
