Worklio, provided by HR Studio, is a cloud-based platform that manages daily tasks and human resources functions. The system is scalable and can be adapted by various industries including healthcare, legal, recruiting agencies, technology, staffing, telecommunications, real estate, property management, banking, accounting, non-profit and several others.

Core functionalities include time and attendance, goal management, performance review, on-boarding, benefits administration, payroll, and personnel tracking all offered within a fully integrated suite. Full-service payroll is available to track employee tax information and forms. Users can access an employee database that manages time-off and generates reports. The benefits application allows users to calculate and explore different coverage plans for personnel. Attendance graphics provide updated in real-time reporting. Worklio also includes a project management tool to regulate ongoing employee tasks.

Worklio is web browser-agnostic and accessible via iPads and other mobile devices.
