They lock the platform when you are overdue an invoice. THey increased their pricing based on a number of factors, mostly not within our power to avoid, i.e. building a buffer for separation costs - adding 7% of salary on top of their fees every month, and they charge us 200 for not immediately moving to their own entity in NL (they set us up with a service provider in the past before they had an entity).
