"Nice tool saving time by regularly sending surveys about employee performance, allowing giving feedback to employees quite easily, with privacy options to make it anonymous or visible."

"Overall, the goal of the Workstory tool is good and the idea to make year-end reviews more measureable is definitely something HR representatives stuggle with. But the execution and platform should be more accessible and easily understood by the user - the employees - so that they look forward to seeing the feedback received rather than spending half the time looking for where the reviews are."

"I thought it was a great way to keep track of performance throughout the year. As mentioned above, I would recommend including project specific questions so there's a record of more concrete things that went on."
