Before WorkStory, completing annual performance reviews was drudgery. WorkStory is a "breath of fresh air" from the traditional performance review process. Their chat/email integrations streamline the process. Connecting WorkStory with Microsoft Teams was a breeze! #### Cons With their chat integration (MS Teams), you answer a question and then it's sent and gone, into the void of their cloud. It should be easier to review what was sent or to make corrections after the initial question was sent. So, I'm supposed to log in through the web to do this? There is an option to "Sign in with Google" but no SSO/OAuth option for my work email? #### Reasons for switching to WorkStory Costs and drudgery. Every time, I answer to specific question, so I assume it will be more helpful for managers at the end. The tool is very easy to use, its configuration is simple (I set up integration with MS Teams). #### Cons The only thing I found currently is that the notifications of new goals specified in the systems are not send with an email or Teams message. WorkStory helps employees understand what they are doing well and where they may need to focus to better support the team and grow in their role. I also like that it allows for continual feedback among team members and not just a "yearly review". #### Cons I haven't been using it for log, so nothing yet that I dislike. The only thing I can think of is that I've had to select "I am not sure" multiple times since I am being asked about team members on activities I am not involved and do not know if they are performing effectively or not. #### Vendor response Thank you so much for the review Patricia!
