Before WorkStory, completing annual performance reviews was drudgery. WorkStory is a "breath of fresh air" from the traditional performance review process. Their chat/email integrations streamline the process. Connecting WorkStory with Microsoft Teams was a breeze! #### Cons With their chat integration (MS Teams), you answer a question and then it's sent and gone, into the void of their cloud. It should be easier to review what was sent or to make corrections after the initial question was sent. So, I'm supposed to log in through the web to do this? There is an option to "Sign in with Google" but no SSO/OAuth option for my work email? #### Reasons for switching to WorkStory Costs and drudgery. Every time, I answer to specific question, so I assume it will be more helpful for managers at the end. The tool is very easy to use, its configuration is simple (I set up integration with MS Teams). #### Cons The only thing I found currently is that the notifications of new goals specified in the systems are not send with an email or Teams message. Because the feedback comes right away alot of people give me feedback with examples, clarification, and a lot more detail. #### Cons The only feedback I would give is that I would like more statistical charts (PI and Graph) to help me understand my percentage of success in specific categories, instead of having emojis. #### Vendor response Thank you Harold for the great review! For example, we use slack at my organization and WorkStory actually can be put as an add-on so whenever you have a review to do they just message you! It's so easy to stay on top of. Not to mention you get to read reviews from your peers on different subject matters. This feedback is critical to either getting better at your job or getting recognition for hard work! #### Cons The only bad thing that I have encountered about this software is when someone new starts it will start asking you to review them, but if they have only been there a day or two there is nothing to review them on! #### Vendor response Hey Jordan, thanks for the great review - love the title! I wish reports could be automatically generated through the system and not need to be exported to a sheet where you have to rummage through all the data.
