They have outgrown small-business payroll but are not ready to absorb the cost, complexity and year-long implementation of an enterprise platform. They run three or more separate systems for HR, time and payroll and move data between them every pay period. Many employ shift workers across multiple sites with continuous coverage, run more than one pay frequency at the same time, or pay people across more than one country or currency. Union rules and jurisdiction-specific compliance are common. Organizations under 50 employees, or buyers seeking a single point solution, tend to be a weaker fit. The people using it day to day are payroll and benefits administrators who own the pay cycle end to end, HR managers in small departments handling recruiting, onboarding and records without a large team, operations leaders who need labor cost visibility across sites and shifts, and employees who want to check a pay stub or request time off without em... ailing anyone. Four suites share the same record and are licensed separately, so deployment can start with the urgent problem and expand. HR covers personnel records, organization and position management, recruiting with resume parsing, onboarding, engagement surveys and compensation. Workforce covers scheduling, facial recognition, biometric, mobile, kiosk and PIN clocking, timekeeping with automated overtime, and time off with accruals. Payroll covers multi-frequency and multi-currency processing, automated statutory deductions, benefits, expenses, EFT and pay stubs. Talent covers performance and 360 feedback, learning and certification tracking, career planning and succession. Full local payroll runs in Canada, covering CRA federal and provincial tax, CPP and EI; the United States, covering federal and state tax; and the Bahamas, where NIB is calculated natively. HR, workforce and talent also run in the United Kingdom. The interface is available in English, French and Spanish for workforces that are not uniformly English-speaking. On support, implementation is handled by a team that configures the system alongside the client rather than handing over a template, and deployments typically go live in 4 to 8 weeks. Payroll cutovers run parallel pay cycles against the incumbent system so accuracy is demonstrated before anyone commits to go-live. Training is compact, with some deployments completing all user training inside a single day. No long-term commitment is required, and product development continues to be shaped by client feedback after go-live. Documented outcomes span sectors. Onboarding and recruitment of new employees is more transparent, we see individual plans including time schedules, time management is included. At the same time, it can also be used for the payroll, where again there are clear statistics, pay slips, etc. The individual modules are mutually integrated, so that the full potential of the application can be used. Thanks to the fact that the process and the application are automated, we avoid the risk of human error, as the data is overwritten with each other. The application is very clear, easy to use. Thanks to the fact that it is cloud-based, deployment was absolutely seamless. HR application that will really help to optimize HR processes. #### Cons It is not possible to customize everything we would like, as it is not a large enterprise system. However, support support is available and listening to requests. But I didn't find anything that I didn't really like, the SW is easy to use, no problem with deployment (cloud) and the individual modules are automatically integrated.
