Ultimately went another way.

Pros

Very robust for the lite version, the pro version adds a few perks like mobile checkin/clock in-out which was nice.

Cons

The UI isn't as clean as other products we've used. Support is hit or miss at times. Lacks the ability to set specific security rules.
