ZenHR gives us a core and a direct to the point HR services. If anyone is interested they can sign into their website and ask for a free trial period.

My only concern was the training module and they are currently working on it and according to their road map it must be active by the beginning of 2019.

We were in a difficult spot to quickly choose an HR system, we selected the lousy system.. It failed us from day one, and we get immediate help from customer support, but it keeps coming. We can not rely on them on daily basis.. and we were hoping to benefit from performance management, yet we couldn't get the basics right.

Amazing customization! We all depend in it for everything and it’s very useful to manage your day to day operations. I like the fact that they are continually adding features.

Performance management needs enhancements. Mobile app doesn’t have all web features.

The product is very intuitive, its very easy to use with straight-forward actions, and has a very good UI that isn't confusing. All features are easy to get to and you can use any of the features without much of a hassle

The notifications/emailing system is good, however it is inconsistent and sometimes lags or doesn't send the notification

more options in generating requests and sending reminders if i sent someone a request that is pending for a long time

Great to use, excellent for managing workforce and easily keeping track of the office especially since we self manage our HR duties

it's pretty good so far and actually i've recommend it to a friend because they had some issue in applying for a vacation at their company and i think they actually have it now

some times the UI is a bit hard to navigate to reach to my requested information

I like using ZenHR although I get issues every once in a while. Overall I would recommend it.

ZenHR is a very nice application for human resources management. It allows employees to submit a wide range of requests, and employers to approve/deny them. It is very easy to use and has a lot of nice features.

The thing I mostly dislike about ZenHR is the high number of bugs that I face on a daily basis. Although their tech support is very helpful and responsive, it always gives the employees a harder time to clock in/out or request some time off/overtimes.

To be honest , software is so good in everything

It's my first time using it and I am disappointed at all. It helped me to know when my pay has been sent. It's not complicated to use it for asking any leave.

It's user friendly and easy to use. The system is fast and efficient, its also really safe and secure. The company's onboarding and offboarding process is now a breeze, and all the employees are satisfied. HR can now easily gain access to reports that would have previously taken hours.

Sometimes the system freezes. Sometimes when I'm inputting the date of the day I want to take off, the date changes on its own.
