My required monthly reports to the state were not completed, and 1st quarter payroll forms are still missing 2 months into 2nd quarter. Tax information has also been totally screwed up, and earnings were misreported. How can that even be possible, shouldn't their system be able to keep track of something as simple as a monthly check for a single individual? I am going on 3 weeks since my request to them to furnish the documents, and I'm getting the runaround. Cons: Terrible support, huge lag times between issues being reported and even getting a response from them. Missing 941 forms have not been supplied. I cannot trust this company, and cannot continue to use them even though I had prepaid for the year. That is how bad this experience has been. They blame it on the US company that takes care of the reporting and tax payments, but they won't let me speak directly to them, so it's hard to say where the fault really lies.
