Zoho Recruit is a web-based recruiting solution for small to mid-sized businesses. The software's comprehensive applicant tracking system (ATS) includes resume parsing, automated job board posting, customized company careers pages, resume storage, and interview scheduling. Zoho's offerings include multiple specialized applications created to help users collaborate with their peers to increase productivity.

Zoho Recruit enhances the visibility of company job openings by creating a customized career webpage of the company and extend the reach by using popular job boards, social media sites, and direct sourcing. The career page developed by the software lists every job opening with complete descriptions and accepts applications for multiple job openings. The solution provides a candidate login where candidates can set up their user profiles and apply for multiple jobs.

Zoho Recruit integrates with Google applications, such as Google Calendar, to save time and forego repetitive data entry. The software is available free with limited features and the upgraded versions are available on a per month subscription basis.

    We have find it really helping regarding our recruitment campaigns. All our documents and other files are saved in it. It proved best for us as it is helping us to grow our business.

    Pros

    The arrangement of files isn’t difficult. We can make CV’s sort them out and set them according to skills. We can easily track the applicants and can find the necessary fields relating to the applicants. We can easily upload so many files and documents on it.

    Cons

    Its users reviews good about it and they call it friendly. They say their documents and other Microsoft excel files are saved in it. They said it proved best to them as it is helping them to grow their business.

    The benefit of having a recruitment software is crucial to any staffing business. It allows a more organized process. This is a must when you are recruiting a massive amount of clinicians.

    Pros

    Parsing of the resume's is most important. However, the email integration is also important.

    Easy Recruitment and Fast Process. Emailing is very fast as compared to third party API.

    Pros

    1. Shortlisting algorithm used is beautiful.
    2. Very well defined test and Sample Selection Examples.

    Cons

    I feel it's UI needs a bit of Improvement as people on mobile should be as Comfortable as on PC.

    Its a solid software to use, happy with it but just that.

    Pros

    Great software to use in finding potential prospects for our staffing agency. Really enjoyed the analytics and new opportunities. That has to be the best feature.

    Cons

    Only thing that threw me off at the beginning was the reliability compared to other standards I've used. But over all its not that bad.

    Super easy to set up.
    Fully customizable application forms save a lot of time when required to gather specific data on applicants.
    Static site easy to set up on kiosk systems.

    Cons

    There were 2 main issues I had when using Zoho Recruit. The first was the field limit on the application forms. I can understand how 30 could sound like a reasonable amount. But with the dependance on customizing applications to the needs of the business(es) and with that 30 field limit, it can produce issues fairly quickly.

    The support side, isn't the best. I've dealt with worse for sure, but it takes them forever to respond to ticket requests, if you ever get a response.

    The field limit was the one thing that made me cancel the service. I hope that have gotten that taken care of since then.

    Overall, this is a very helpful service. You can quickly and easily find a lot of candidates for your open positions. I think some of the filtering features are unique and make it easier to connect with the right people from the start. The customer service is also very responsive and helpful.

    Zoho has helped a lot in terms of recruiting candidates. It keeps all the candidate related information all saved in its database and helps a lot in scheduling interviews and even in sending out interview notification to our candidates and manages all the related data.

    New jobs can be put up easily using this software. A cool number of apps are being given by Zoho, which is actually helping in increasing its feature. ATS is very helpful most of the time to track down the candidates. It is very cost effective.

    Cons

    Customer service could be improved. The fact of not having 24/7 services can be called a demerit. Customization is taking longer than expected since there are too many to look into. Absence of Office 365 integration. No ranking system is set up for the candidates applying for the particular position.

    This software has a very intuitive interface, it is really easy to use and handle. I also think the application for the smart devices is quite good and makes the job easier.

    Cons

    It can get a bit complicated if you are in a big company. It does not have that many features like other software of the same type, but for the price it is worth it in my opinion.

    As an expanding business we needed a quick and easy solution that would meet our recruitment needs. Zoho Recruit is easy to use, it manages applicants and their supporting documents in an organised way, and it integrates with other programs we use well. We can interact with the client in real time, giving us an opportunity to provide feedback, something I'm sure they're very pleased about.

    Cons

    At the moment, due to the nature of our education organisation, we have a lot of summer staff. A way to incorporate temporary staff into the software would be good.

    Overall the experience using Zoho recruit is awesome, I have managed all the admin operations in my organization. Also handled most of the query raised by the end user in my organization. i will strogly recoomnd you to try atleast its free version and they you are able to explorer more!

    Pros

    I like most of the things in the whole application platform, like:
    1. Creating and customizing Dashboard feature which makes us concentrate for any job opening.
    2. Managing job opening and publishing in the different platform like Naukri.com, monster jobs etc.
    3. Managing candidates fields as we need.
    4. Setting and creating rules for the specific status.
    5. It makes Screening of resume easy.
    6. Candidates can signup in the platform for applying for the job.
    7. Integration within different external apps like office outlook and some of the google apps.
    8. Zoho mail features.

    and many more to explorer.

    Cons

    One thing disappoints me in the platform an interviewer can not fill feedback in any form . there are only adding note facilities are availbale .

    The design user interface is very minimalist and easy to use.
    It allows us a high degree of customization and tracking for resumes, job postings, reports, candidate status and contacts.
    I love that their tech support is actually very knowledgeable about their product and can walk you through any process. When they promise to get back to you about an unresolved issue at a certain time, they keep their word and I appreciate that
    The cloud-based app is great because any member of our team can get on there at any time from any location.

    Cons

    Our work requires us to vet the candidates against the job posting. Currently, it doesn’t offer that option, so we have to do that manually on our end. The app is continuing to evolve though, so I hope we can see that added at some point in the future. All else considered, it’s still one of the best Applicant Tracking System out there.

    The biggest benefit I received from using Zoho, was that I could easily send electronic invoices to all of my clients after a sale had been made.

    Pros

    I love using Zoho. It allows me to keep all of my clients and leads in one place, and easily let's me send nice and neat invoices after making sales. It's ease of use makes me recommend it to other sales professionals on nearly a daily basis.Thanks Zoho!

    There isn't much I have to say on the negative side of things. Zoho is a great platform for sales professionals across many different industries.

    The fact that it is easy and user friendly, and all fields automatically comes up in a new tab is really good as that gives a level of organisation to the work at hand.

    It's a useful software for us to manage candidates. It saved time for us to sort out basic information.

    Pros

    1. Easy for us to manage candidates pool.
    2. Easy to check candidate status. Make group work more efficiency.

    Cons

    Writing "Note" function is not that smart. For instance, if there are only 1 applicants in total. But I wrote 2 notes for this single person, when I generate a summary sheet, ZOHO will regards two notes as two person, and count 2 applicants in total. Then I will have to delete the duplicate candidates manually.

    This tool basically simplify all the recruiting tracking that you would have to manage on your own. With starting price of few tens of dollars per month the value for money is excellent. I found it was beneficial for our organization

    This product was very user friendly, easy to customize, and very inexpensive. A greater starter product.

    Cons

    Great product for new or small companies. The functionality of it Im not sure would make it such a great product for a larger firm. Unable to make candidates pictures any larger..to actually see them.
