CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.

Overall CharityTracker is a great tool for non-profits and I'd recommend the program to anyone who's looking to simplify the way that they keep track of participants, donors, etc.

Our overall experience has been great. The CharityTracker support team is awesome.

After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.

I would recommend this for anyone that would like to give and get help giving as well.

What I dislike about this software is that when their  is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.

This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.

I like the customer support CharityTracker provides, we had some issues with processing some case files and they assisted promptly.

I love the usefulness for our organization that runs a food pantry and works with our community to better help those in need. We want to help people become independent and self-sufficient.

We were not able to keep names of disaster victims associated with the name of the disaster by which they were affected.

Charity Tracker makes client management simple for companies in the non profit sector. We have enjoyed lowering our overall costs with this tool.

I personally think it is a wonderful idea and I liked the barcode that you could scan now that helped with less time show people how to use the computer site.

One great thing is we can edit the patrons information easily. It connects with other like charity organizations in our area.

The ease of learning Charity Tracker was excellent. We could interface with other agencies to better monitor our clients.

They help generate great reports of everything and that is helpful for both keeping records and making presentations to the district representatives.

I love that it is easy to use. I love the referral feature probably the most because it allows you to request services on behalf of a client without ever having to leave the office, submit anything.

Great Software and the Awesome Price is a BONUS.

That is what I like most about this software. The reporting functionality is also pretty excellent.

The reports aren't instantaneous and take a little while to get back to you sometimes when you request them, which is a little bit of a pain.

It is difficult at times to maneuver around options that are available to you at times. You have to really explore everything.

CharityTracker is a pretty cool idea and is pretty easy to navigate. The idea behind this is great, especially for someone who is in the nonprofit industry.

From the trial version of Charity Tracker  I would say it is a great software to use if you are keeping track of incoming and outcoming of money.

I like the barcode scanner component, it makes it really easy to find clients. I also like the way it integrates with all of the other charities in the community and helps us coordinate.

One of the best benefits of this software is the ability to connect other service providers to a single client.

Identifying the most needy in our community. Avoiding those who would abuse the system.

What I like most is how easy it was to learn how to utilize. I appreciated the introductory video, as well as the customer support.

I love that it is user friendly. I love that it provides organization and streamlines communication in the community.

It is also disappointing that the local Trustee's office is no longer covering the cost of the software, which will lead to more agencies dropping it because they cannot afford to keep it.

We are just starting to use this less than a year but so far we are liking it because it is easy to use, very user friendly. It makes it really easy to track for clients, and donors.

I love how it can integrate with other organizations and document the Bridges out of Poverty data collections.

They told us it would be affordable, easy to use and helpful.

ETO is slow, complicated and frustrating for data entry staff.

It is also difficult to get things changed in ETO sometimes, which can set us back in our paperwork process.

Unattractive, not intuitive. It did not track anything significant for us and we had to keep a lot of files outside of ETO.

It was the opposite of all 3. With every reprot or aspect, they wanted more $$ and the customer service was shockingly low.

Getting your clinical documentation when you leave is a nightmare and costly.

Reporting is as good as it gets. The built-in Business Objects Web Intelligence platform is as advanced of a reporting engine as you can get.

I am not sure if it is the way our program is using it or if it is just the program itself but after seeing other reviews I am blaming the software.

The cost is relatively cheap as well. It is nice that we are able to have so many categories and quickly be able to search members and view their progress.

I like how it was all together but separate for each student. I like the set up of the view/edit screen.

We use ETO for a non-profit home visitation program and it is horrible. I cannot stand it and no one will do anything about it.

Poor support and very slow development. Not even browser neutral.

We have to hunt through their touch points for the most recent student information. Their ETO format wastes a great deal of space.

The company also provides their own tech support for admins and users, making it a one-stop shop for database needs.

One can access areas of the software from multiple screens. It’s web-based which works really well for my team who are usually working in community-based settings.

All sorts of documents can be made available here. This includes time sheets, tax information, beneficiary documents, company info, and access to company benefits both internal and external.

The interface is extremely clunky, and Internet Explorer is required - it's not browser neutral. Leadership has turned over a couple of times and they seem to have a lack of focus.

The software can be finicky sometimes. I have entered data and then it not show up in the system several times, which can be frustrating.
