CSM Human Services is a cloud-based case management platform that can also be deployed on-premise. Primarily catering to site managers, program managers, supervisors and auditors, it enables users to manage operations, workflow, schedules and documents. 

Primary features of the platform include scheduling, engagement, progress notes, service plans, billing, client service management, workflow tracking, reporting, training modules and practice management. Additionally, the solution is HIPAA compliant and provides a host of security options such as biometric/barcode badge user identification, restricted access and internal audit trail records.

CSM Human Services allows users to track events including appointment, services, meetings, travel and more. The solution is Dragon Speech compatible and comes with an e-signature integration. Pricing of the product is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and online help desk.

Pros

The ability to be used agency wide from service delivery in all programs to accounting. Staff interface has been very user friendly.

Cons

Some limits to users in certain screens and due to the extensive nature of this software the amount of tables to be changed for customization.

Administrative Office Technician

I would recommend this program to all mental health care agencys who have to documentate working hours, notes, and I can keep up with my notes which are a must for medicaid billing claims.

Pros

Helps account for all notes in order to assist with billing issues and claims. Helps with quality control in my business, and assists with payroll accounts for my employees. I can also run reports for later use.

Cons

So far, there are no cons to the program for us. May be later:)
