  • Pros

  • I like that I am able to easily document my clients and information needed about them.
  • It is user friendly, adaptable to our needs. Support is very responsive.
  • Cons

  • It times out very quick and often, we realize it’s a safe guard but it’s very annoying.
  • The one thing with the software is that you have to put the time into learning how to navigate from place to place. Until you really dig into the software it can be difficult to know how to navigate.

  • There's the ability to report directly from the raw data (from the back end) but this requires a fair bit of extra knowledge to get it working effectively.
  • User friendly, flexible, you can design to fit the needs for Case Management Program.
  • Cons

  • The configuration and data migration process was a bit confusing and more time consuming then we planned on.
  • Reporting out-of-the-box is very limited, but an interface with Tableau is available for an additional fee.
