NewOrg's straightforward pricing has 2 costs: initial Implementation/Customization fee + a simple ongoing monthly Hosting/Support fee starting at $350. Monthly Hosting/Support is based on a sliding scale of number of staff users (not volunteers -- they are always free!) starting at just $350/month for 5 users. It includes unlimited support incidents, up to 1 hour per incident. Implementation/Customization starts at $3500 and is based on the number of programs + complexity. It involves 360-degree scoping, customization (fields, screens, forms, reports, public-facing online web portal configuration, key integrations with outside systems), robust custom documentation + training.
