It does its job well with records without being overloaded with features that we don't need. There is room for improvement, but it's already in place and is just fine for the time being, particularly with respect to search and onboarding resources. All in all, it's a decent solution which makes sense without being too complicated for our developing company. These records are accessible for us to use in planning personalized activities, which saves our time. When everyone is working on a lot of things, it's important that the interface be simple enough for our staff to master without having to be taught. Since we are a smaller organization, it is fairly priced as well. Cons: When there's plenty of client data to search, the search functionality seems restrictive, and retrieving specific notes is somewhat less efficient. Also, it takes longer to get new team members to use the platform than I expected. It could use better help resources within the system to speed up learning.
