We do like the new format and the ease of use. They continue to be very attentive to issues that come up and assist in a timely manner.

Cons:

The rollout to the new look wasn't thoroughly communicated to us so there were a few glitches in changing over.

It is user friendly, cost effective, and anytime there has been an issue, they are very good at communicating a quick and good solution. The customer service and support is also great!

Cons:

I cannot think of any huge cons. I do not need it to do anything complex, so I do not have any issues.

Reliable for keeping notes on a client's information.

Notehouse is good for what it's meant for, working with client interactions and planning activities for a medium sized team like ours. It does its job well with records without being overloaded with features that we don't need. There is room for improvement, but it's already in place and is just fine for the time being, particularly with respect to search and onboarding resources. All in all, it's a decent solution which makes sense without being too complicated for our developing company.

Pros:

Notehouse's ability to help find and manage client notes and health records is something that's very important to us in our business. These records are accessible for us to use in planning personalized activities, which saves our time. When everyone is working on a lot of things, it's important that the interface be simple enough for our staff to master without having to be taught. Since we are a smaller organization, it is fairly priced as well.

Cons:

When there's plenty of client data to search, the search functionality seems restrictive, and retrieving specific notes is somewhat less efficient. Also, it takes longer to get new team members to use the platform than I expected. It could use better help resources within the system to speed up learning. Security settings work and may be more flexible to cater for evolving team member roles.

constant outages and doesn't load the home screen often. it comes frustrating being unable to record case notes in real time, also risks our legal obligations

I like how simple it is, it's user-friendly. We have a small team, so it has been beneficial to keep us organized while we grow our case management program.

Cons:

I have had team members comment on how there are some features missing to help better organize case management. It would be nice if there were a space for goals to be input/ tracked, and a separate space for daily case notes.

Great value for the money, easy to use, reliable, and perfect for everyday needs esepcialyy for smaller organizations.

Cons:

The printing function works, but it is not easily accessible and can be difficult to figure out. Adding a simple, easy-to-find print button for notes would be great, especially since we are required to keep both electronic and paper copies.

It's simple, but user-friendly. Using it doesn't interfere with the work. You can make changes as your work evolves and create reports easily to capture the data you need. There is a minimal learning curve, and it is economical for a tiny nonprofit like it.

Cons:

I would like it to be slightly more customizable, but otherwise, it's great. Adding some customizable fields would make it perfect.

Pros:

Notehouse has been a solid fit for our team because it focuses on what we actually need instead of packing in a bunch of features we'll never use. Keeping track of client notes, interactions, and records is straightforward, and the interface is easy enough that most people can pick it up without much trouble. One thing I appreciate is that it doesn't feel overwhelming. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense, and finding the information I need is usually pretty quick. For smaller organizations or growing teams, it offers a good balance between functionality and affordability.

Cons:

The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that searching through larger amounts of data can sometimes be a little clunky. There have also been a few moments where onboarding new team members took longer than expected because the built-in help resources are somewhat limited.

Cons:

The searches should be auto saved until it is reset, but it's not that much of a concern because overall it's good enought.
