Biling is difficult, reporting is a little slow and often reports have to be combined to get accurate information.

Ability to customize the product/forms, general ease of use is pretty good.

The training to get a clinician ready to provide care and effectively document services is fairly easy and allows even new staff to start working with consumers quickly.

Very positive experience with Carelogic. Most every aspect of switching to it from our previous system has been a positive.

It could also have more detailed reports for revenue reporting. Need services to be able to be broken down into further details and more options.

CareLogic presented itself as easily modifiable, which sounds wonderful and has been beneficial when we need to create a specific form for a specialized program.

If the tickets can be answered by the first responding team, they get answered quickly. If they have to be escalated to Tier 2 or 3, it's awful.

This is an easy to use electronic health record that lends itself to behavioral health services. Generally the end users all agree that it is user friendly.

Reporting is limited, at times confusing and sometimes innacurate.

The reports vary from moderate to very slow to generate, which is especially frustrating when trying to close the GL every month or run reports for analysis.

Major cons are system latency and limited canned reporting. Pentaho is integrated with the system however creating reports is not easy.

Currently we find that we are unable to meet many of the Federal programs due to the delay or lack of functionality.

We love the fact that we can pull great data from the system in report form and be able to submit those directly for grants.

I had so many client on my caseload during the 15-16 months that I used this program, it was difficult to remember names and dates.

I can say that deleting information was a bit difficult once information was entered in, so this was the only negative.

Not only does the system fail to communicate on the back end, it typically requires a minimum of 8 + clicks to navigate anywhere within the system.

The ability to integrate the IMPACT assessment module directly into the treatment planning process is fantastic.

Excellent company with a true eye out for the endusers, industry, and the product they have built and sell.

Occasionally system crashes leaving users confused. Configurable forms are hard to maintain.

Due to its lack of integration, the user must comb through many documents to obtain necessary information such as past medications, allergies, medical history, and labs.

We have been with them since 2013 and overall the value is good.

Snagged often, problems often, customer service was somewhat dependent on the day.

I takes a lot of keystrokes to do most tasks which leaves more margins for mistakes and the reports a pretty bad.

Very good service upfront but once implementation is completed the customer service is lacking. As a whole it is a good product and I believe we made a good choice.

Features and ease of use have improved over the years since our implementation. Most of the billing and AR features work as intended.

CareLogic is the worst investment one can purchase for their company or practice. Fear this--yes because you got ripped off.

There a lot of improvements needed but that is true of all EHR products on the market as standards and practices are rapidly changing in this field.

Over the past twenty years that I have been working with EHR systems, Carelogic is by far the worst system that I have ever worked with.

Theranest is so user friendly that it's even kind of fun.

I love the way this software is organized and how everything I need to do to work with my clients is all in one place. It is very user friendly and my clients are liking it to.

They respond in good time, and they are incredibly helpful when they do.

The price is reasonable and the support is pretty good. They are friendly and understand the problem.

What I like most about this therapist software is that it makes my job so easy. The the main uses of this software for me or charting my notes and billing my insurance.

To say that I'm happy with TheraNest is an understatement. It's a great product at a very fair price.

LOVE being able to to upload files to the client's file, including mp3s. LOVE how responsive and progressive the developers are.

I like how everything you need (like client intake and consent forms) is already there and ready for you to use. Also the Teletherapy software is working out great.

I've found that TheraNest is quite responsive to user suggestions, leading to many positive changes over the last couple of years.

I love the interface, it is excellent and very easy to use. It is also excellent for its cost.

I have had such a wonderful experience with the customer support team at Theranest. They have done a great job at checking in, trouble shooting, and offering me support as I learn the program.

So paying double and doing double the work is what she thinks should work for me. She was very unprofessional and rude and her supervisor never contacted me to resolve the situation.

It's great that they offer so many features including a clear and easy calendar, clinical notes, billing, and even a telehealth platform and client portals.

I also love the all-in-one pricing, in that I can have as many therapists as I want - pricing is based on number of clients, not therapists.

They are very helpful in setting it up. Great interface with the system.

They blame a third party that they choose and put absolutely no effort and extremely poor customer service to resolve this issue.

I love the ease of scheduling  and payment processing. Having all the information for each patient  saved is a plus for.

Especially pleased with the customer service. This software is straight forward and streamlined for ease of use.

Overall pretty great product and service and seems to be a company that is focused on development and growth of the product and customer service experience.

This program is grossly insufficient for billing purposes and the representative even told us that it wasn't created for billing which makes me feel even worse. You don't listen to our suggestions.

I like that TheraNest is very user friendly for the most part and if I get stuck, the excellent customer service is available to help out.

I had to train myself on how to use the software which was a bit confusing for me at first. I was able to navigate the system after.

After charging me an insanely high fee for managed billing, they refused to refund the deposit after I canceled the service with no services yet provided.

TheraNest is an HIPAA compliant web-based mental health solution used by solo practitioners, large mental health practices, and nonprofit organizations. The solution is suited for therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers.
