It provides a fresh and different perspective from the conventional virtual meet softwares. Another advantage was that it was quite stable and worked well on a decent bandwidth.

The ease of setting up the platform for an event is great - very intuitive.

Also the timezone for setting time of events didn't work well.

It is so easy to use and highly intuitive for those who are always in a video call or attending a virtual event. I love the fact that break out tables are integrated off the bat.

Another missing feature is connecting the stage background with what Facebook and YouTubers experience.

It doesnt work on mobile & other compatibility problems.

The product is good, but requires a lot of weeks in terms of user experience and should bring mobile version of the product.

I think it has been great and the team is very supportive and responsive.

Infrequent technical difficulties with firewalls and unique audience configurations are sometime difficult to overcome during a live webinar which annoy customers.

The ease of use of the setup, quality of audio/recording, console design and integration with Marketo are my top reasons to recommend ON24.

The onboarding for the system was horrible. There are several areas on this platform and with each section there is a different ON24 person to lead you through the process.

Once I learned the software and all of the features, it is a great tool to host webinars and live events and I prefer it over some other options out there.

ON24 is extremely secretive about their pricing so they can take the most advantage of any client that reaches out to them.

Sometimes there are dial in issues which causes problems.

They have been very pleased with the results of their webinars and appreciate the result reports that I pull from the system.

I like all the different widgets that promote audience engagement. Their annual user conference, Webinar World, was a blast and great for an intermediate user like me.

ON24 is very easy to use- and I know there are more functionalities that I need to explore. I also enjoy their webinars that give you tips on building successful programs.

Our account manager and CSm are very responsive and helpful. The entire corporate team is great, engaging, and helpful.

The only thing that we have received complaints on is that there is no phone line so all questions must be submitted via the Q&A tab and there is no verbal communication.

They also have a fantastic user community with lots of great tips and best practices for improving webinar programs.

ON24 is by far my favorite webinar/conference call service. It is so clean, reliable and even integrates with Vuture, our email marketing system.
