Pros/Cons
Pros
- I really like the simplicity and ease that Bizzabo provides together with the attractive look and feel. Delegates were thrilled with the app as they found it highly useful and interactive.
- Plus, they offer excellent customer service. My favorite features were the ability to watch the activity stream and social sharing in real-time and maximizing the refer-a-friend ticket boost.
- Loved the quick feedback from the team as well - representative is of this world lovely, patient. The templates were great and loved how integrated the website and the app were.
Cons
- We also had an issue with our message coming out of the Bizzabo being identified as spam by some of our recipients.
- Before we used our own main website, which was really hard on time management as every change we had to do was through our development team (even when it came to changing a full stop).
- Using a product for web management, a product for email and crm, a product for retargeting, a product for ticket sales etc. and tying them all together is a COLOSSAL PAIN.
Pros
- Top benefits include the ease of setup, scheduling and promoting each new event. Simple registration which syncs with most email and calendar platforms and insightful and clear reports and analytics.
- Pretty easy to set up an event, good depth of features that more than covered my basic needs, some nice inbuilt featuers like automated email reminders before the event.
- Anything you need to plan can be accomplished with Eventbrite. Its easy to use and create content that you will you will be very pleased with.
Cons
- Horrible customer service. We are unable to log into our account to see who paid for the event.
- They have refused to renegotiate the contract but also refuse to release funds so we can pull off our event.
- It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong.
