We have been a customer going on 4 years now I believe and the customer service is always great and the software itself works perfectly for our needs.

Confusing for new staff. We could not  have the badges preprinted as there was a hard time integrating it with other software.

I really love to work with Boomset because it is a user friendly system where you can win time and focus more on your event. Afterwards you can retrieve reports and analyse your event.

Cool interface for check in, but event themes leave much to be desired. Could be a great product but I don't like to wait my time if your product is going to cost a fortune.

The experience was incredible. Having hosted conferences for years in-person, we were concerned that there were going to be too many elements missing by being completely virtual.

The system is very easy to use, the Boomset team is great to work with, their customer service is responsive and very helpful, and their partners are equally great.

Very good customer support, they helped us integrate to our other platforms/tools easily.

It actually works great on phones - both iphone and android- which is a huge bonus. It was easy to purchase additional compatible equipment like badge printers that worked as expected.

This is the best and simplest check-in system on the market.

There is also a lag time when you click on the check-in button before you  can print another badge, which can be frustrating when you've got a line backing up.

They were easy to get in touch with and very quick to understand and fix the issue. This year we had zero issues.

Can't really think of anything I dislike About this software.

Used Boomset for a tradeshow and the app crashed over and over again on android devices and we lost all of our leads.

The only downside is that it doesn't sync reports with our registration software.

They integrated well and efficiently with the teams from Eventbrite, Velocity Labels, and Choose2rent, resulting in a great, team-driven performance.

Not having to pre-print all the name badges before we went to our event. Dragging all of them up to the event and then having some attendees not come and you have wasted the money printing them.

Simple, straightforward and easy to use, the BOOMSET product was one of the easiest set-up experiences we have ever had.

I received negative emails from the Eventmobi person assigned to our conference - this occurred a few times.

It has multiple functions, is easy to set up, looks attractive, and easy and convenient for the end user at a reasonable price for a nonprofit.

Love the gamification - gets everyone engaged. Ability to include all the information and reduce our costs on printing and shipping.

You can collate survey data on speakers and sessions into very nice pdf reports or excel tables. Customer service is fast and excellent.

I was with the team that evaluated this software for an event. The team decided to move forward and the event was successful, but many features were underused.

Being restricted to everything being linked to an email address.

Between the platform's ease of use and responsive customer service, we had a seamless event app integrated into our meeting.

Also, each time  I imported the agenda spreadsheet attendees profiles were lost - Eventmobi has since fixed this issue.

Everything in the software is very friendly to new users, the software is very well built so that it doesnt crash even though using it in a high demand event.

It was pretty user friendly, you didn't have to do a lot of the set up work.

We've been using EventMobi for our past 6 meetings and we love it. It's very easy to add your meeting info (schedule, speakers, attendees) and there is a lot of customization as well.

Eventmobi is very user friendly - from start to finish it's intuitive and easy to use -  making changes is also easy - everything is fast and customizable - it's terrific.

The benefits of using EventMobi have been greatly realized at our events as it has cut down on printing costs and time associated with printing, etc.

It was very easy to use and the customer service support was amazing or any questions we had.

I would advise in the future to refrain from responding to Admins in an emotional tone as it creates a negative  vibe, that myself as a customer should not have to encounter.

Great personalized itineraries for everyone, and alerts that reminded everyone of certain things (ie. where they had to be, dinner updates, etc).

Some people get confused when trying to load the web page to their home screen or download it from the app store, but that can also be attributable on some level to user error.

I also liked that I could have my virtual team in a green room, and I could be with them, but not impact the front end.

He only problem with EventMobi is that sometimes these events happen in places where connectivity can be hard to access, so having no internet connection ruins the purpose of the app.

The ability to develop it to suit our individual needs. Very little training or expertise is required to input data and manage the APP.

It does rely on users downloading the app and having access to wifi or wireless data. Some conference centers have poor cell reception.

Very happy with the support we've received and how well it performed.

It was very user-friendly which always helps with attendee maintenance.

Content Management rather easy and efficient, even for less experienced users. Ask a question to speakers, document sharing, map integration are my favourite features.
