Pros
- With a wealth of features that make it a popular option for many users, Jupyter Notebook is an effective tool for data science, research, and education.
- Multiple modes to save the notebook hence good for demos purposes, training, and storing in a repository for reference at a later date. Open source - good community support.
- Additionally, there are many resources and extensions accessible thanks to the vibrant Jupyter Notebook community.
Cons
- The UI is very basic and few a times the kernal stops responding and have to interrupt and restart kernal.
- I dislike that it starts up in your browser instead of as an app.
- Furthermore, with the Jupyter notebook, we plotted scientific plots to extract insights from the data and next built a model to predict disruptions in the business processes.
Pros
- I love Microsoft Visual studio for its powerful engine, across the operating systems development capabilities, easy support and the quite affordable licensing fee.
- It has a very friendly user interface and is overall a great product for anyone who is looking for a programming software that supports every language.
- I truly recommend this for developers as it has free version too which will be best for those who want to learn development.
Cons
- Licensing is a little expensive. Sometimes, code compilation error messages are misleading that confuses the developers with what the exact issue is.
- The only con to Visual studio is its User interface as it becomes very boring to code on an interface which has no plugins and drag and drops options.
- The installation process is tedious and can mess with Windows setup. If you lose power or run out of battery while installing, you might have to start again from scratch, or mess a file system.
