Pros

Ease of use and ability for team to collaborate on ideas. The ideas suggested allowed input from others and in some cases allowed ideas to be combined

Cons

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Simplicity and ease of use were ideal. Ability to use pseudonyms allowed for confidentiality where individuals were not sure if they wanted to share the change needed
