MindMeister is a fantastic MindMapping tool. Very useful for brainstorming new ideas.

The mind map method is a great way to visualize projets and the fact that you can collaborate is the best way to use it.

And in the end I had a beautiful map of how everything should like and what I had to do.

All the advantages and freedom of traditional brainstorming, with the digital advantages of an unlimited canvas and redos. Great UI, and reliable response time.

Finally: A digital, visual, FUN way to effectively organize and boost productivity.

Good integrations - e.g. Microsoft Teams. Can publish maps to public library, embed on website or share as editable or view only.

This is a great tool that will enable you to use it the same way you did on paper. It also has a very cool feature of presentation, which allows for the gradual opening of the mind map.

But for anyone the ability to map websites or have a visual project map it is the best. At work I pay for the extra features, which are well worth it.

It's taking me weeks to learn and wasting the time I need to plan out the actual lessons and develop materials.

Ever since I stumbled upon this website, it's surprised me to know of it's existence. There can be improvements but i'm glad to use and recommend this to others.

I found this software so easy to use and you can create the most incredible mindmaps. I love all the wonderful additions where you can incorporate costings, web links and notes.

If ever I want to jot new mind maps and feel active again then I can just renew my subscription. So that's a really flexible way to use the product.

Absolutely no learning time so you get get started 'straight from the box. Also love the integration across devices making it easy to pick things up and put things down.

I like very much because it's integrated with canban software, the Meister Task, so what I draw in the mind mapping would transfer to the canban software. Very practical and useful.

But using MindMeister is quite fun actually (my friend recommended this to me last year). It's suitable for someone who doesn't like complex things like me :D.

I can't work offline, which is terrible for someone who is required to do a lot of work inside airplanes.

You can't really duplicate a sheet, or there is something wrong with that feature that makes it extremely inconvenient for us to do so.

It's intuitive to learn so you can get up-to-speed quickly, and has terrific training and community support to allow users to build upon their Smartsheet skills and become experts.

I love the flexibility and ease of use. The ability to flip from tasklist to schedule to card views is great.

What I like best about Smartsheet is the great amount off functionalities it has, it can be used for many purposes and it is very easy to set up.

They're so easy to customize and they have great webinars that can help support you. I like the ability to upload documents to show and share project progress with other members of your team.

Overall our experience has been great, customer service and tutorials are awesome.

I love using this tool for work as it offers me multiple functions that streamline and quickly manage my projects. Smartsheet has a very amazing and nice interface.

The new features have been awesome. One think I love the best is the Report Builder functionality.

I use smartsheet to organize several projects among a team, as well as organize my own individual projects. It's great for simple organization or complex - highly customizable and actually fun to use.

I had a trouble to understand how the conditional formatting is working at first, not many tutorial or manual provided and I had to study the feature on my own.

The issue is not the software but the person setting it up. It is frustrating to contribute to the poorly designed Smartsheet because of the lead's limited knowledge.

Someone it is hard to give access to others - but that is user error on our end with the credentials.

The lack of an autosave feature can be frustrating at times. I believe this is something that could easily be implemented in the future.

It's easy to set up, and I don't really have to dig too much to find the functionality it's designed for. I love love love that it's online and I can easily search for my sheets.

There is so much that I love about Smartsheet. The fact that you can create forms and that they have pre-determined templates that allow you to build out all kinds of documents.

I loved the flexibility and the ability to export into an Excel file, when needed. I also loved how it updates and saves.
