Having been involved in the acquisition and deployment, I can attest that Zoho Projects is cost effective especially because it offers a wide range features that we have found indispensable in our day to day operations and it was easy to configure ans integrate with our existing apps . It is wrapped around a very straightforward interface that has made it easy to use for robust planning and scheduling of our projects. I love how easy it is to create and manage tasks, assign tasks to the team and track progress of our workflows. Additionally it enable us to collaborate without any friction by sharing files, commenting and mentioning which has reduced miscommunication. Having a centralized pane that provide us with visibility into all our projects enable us to easily track progress and generate accurate reports on task completion and resource utilization. Gantt charts also comes in handy in reporting and visualizing our project processes. #### Cons Zoho Projects has delivered its full value.
