Identity Portal makes it look good, easier to configure for end-users while maintaining configuration power for admin users in Identity Manager part. Integration of various endpoints and business process is easier as well now. Make sit possible to include business people in IDM process while not intimidating them with a lot of technicalities. Overall, very good solution for Identity Management.

Documentation could be more consistent and solid, especially regarding use cases and how to configure them in various parts of the solution.
