The perfect Identity solution with a lot of extra features

We are using the software for managing our users and their access to different type of applications.


The CoreOne Suite delivers a 360-degree solution for identity and access management. It also delivers extra features in IT Operations Management which is a perfect fit. I really appreciate the approach of IT Sense how they develop their product. They are very customer oriented and they really gather feedback from their customers. The feedback is then later implemented in the software. Also customization is possible. The support is pretty good. You have a direct contact with an employee and they respond pretty fast.


There is no real Con about the CoreOne Suite, only the pricing could be more clear. Sometimes you have to buy an extra module to use a function. But this is also a Pro in my view, as you only pay for what you really need.
