Pros/Cons

Pros
The best parts are the amount of things this software can do! I am able to track my profits and hours down to the penny. This system is so great once you learn it.
The best program so far that I've had that had everything I needed to use for my business. Also had a few extra things that I've never had before and now that I'm using it I can't do without it.

Cons
The only thing I noticed is it takes a while to learn the system but with the amazing support team, I was able to learn all the ins and outs of the system.
I wouldn't call this a negative. But the system has so many features I am not aware of. Its like buying a ferrari and only driving it in 1st gear.

Pros
Shop-Ware is easy to learn, clean, collaborative, easy for clients to interact with and improves productivity. Love it!!!!
Shop-ware is very intuitive, easy to learn. The customers love the way they can interact with it, approve or decline repairs, post notes etc. Highly recommend!

Cons
If i have to put a con it would be the parts ordering system. (parts tech) It's not terrible but defiantly has bugs.
Learning to navigate through some features took some effort in the beginning. However, that’s probably more me and my lack of computer skills than Shop-Ware.
