Curo is a facilities and maintenance software management application that helps businesses create, manage and assign tasks between team members and communicate with their clients. Key features include dashboards, workforce scheduling, interactive training, in-app communication and performance scorecards.
Curo’s dashboard displays a list of tasks that are assigned to workers and are scheduled for the day. A GPS-enabled system allows users to map the exact work locations and receive a notification when they are near to their marked location and provides support to complete the task.
Curo also helps backend office staff to keep track of all field activities and provides information about task performance. In addition, it allows users to create checklists for the tasks that are to be completed by individuals and teams, set task priority based on the type of service requests and provides confirmation and approval by managers of all completed tasks.
