Voxco IVR is an automated voice response survey system that streamlines the delivery of self-completion surveys to a broad audience. It can operate on an inbound, outbound, or a flexible mixed method basis.
In survey mode, respondents can answer questionnaires at any time through the touchtone on their phone. In the messaging mode, the IVR system broadcasts messages to respondents. Voxco has clients in 30+ countries and offices in Canada/US, Europe & Australia.

Value for money
very useful tool with voxco solution
the dropout rate is decreased in predectif dialing mode so in case there is no available operator in outbound operations the IVR takes the call and put the interviewer on hold
the IVR improved our production especialy in cati surveys in case of sensetif questions the interviewers is redirected to the IVR and answer the questions before returning back to the phone operator
a cloud version is not available at the moment it would be helpful for the vertual call center and in offshore operations
