We purchased I’mOnIt! Equipment and Facilities Maintenance & Compliance System in 2007 to help track services for the motor yachts we have under maintenance contract. I’mOnIt! has allowed us to organize and coordinate our maintenance schedules to better utilize our staff and meet customer expectations. We’ve established customized maintenance schedules for each yacht we have under contract. I’mOnIt! allows us to take a proactive stance toward maintenance with our customers. Demonstrating to our customers work that has been completed allows us to also bring to their attention additional work to be done. One Time and Warranty Jobs in I’mOnIt! allow us to coordinate and report non-scheduled maintenance. Using I’mOnIt! we are able to enhance both revenue and customer satisfaction. The I’mOnIt! support team worked with us to provide updates and enhancements that made the software even more productive. They have been responsive and helpful. Using I’mOnIt! has improved total uptime for our customers and resulted in a better bottom line for our company. I’d recommend I’mOnIt! to any company looking to better manage and report any type of scheduled and repeated tasks.

We first purchased a 5 user license of I’mOnIt! to help track scheduled maintenance for our food processing plant in January of 2010. We’ve since expanded usage to include our vehicle fleet. I’mOnIt! is easy to use. As we broadened the use of the software our employees quickly understood and were able to make effective use of the system. The I’mOnIt! support team has proven to be reliable and responsive. On multiple occasions we’ve used their services for training and system customization. I’mOnIt! makes sure our scheduled maintenance tasks are done in a timely way and also keeps track of non-scheduled/repair type maintenance. Reports and data exported from I’mOnIt! are used to manage maintenance costs and demonstrate compliance with food safety regulations. We are happy with our purchase of I’mOnIt! and recommend it to anyone with a need to track maintenance and or compliance.
