Outstanding and Affordable Document Management System
One of our key customers had some very unique and demanding document management and workflow needs. We needed to support over 2000 remote office locations with complex dynamic authorization management across a diverse set of documents and digital assests.
Pros
We were so glad to find the team at RJV Technology to help us implement this document management solution. They brought the incredible skill but also a powerful proven platform with incredible flexibility which made this all possible. Further, the cost was very reasonable considering what they provided. I would highly recommend this company and team.
Cons
Really can't think of much to critize. Integration was a breeze and the custom development for specific features was most timely and efficient. Our users found the system very easy to use, very intuitive. And this platform is one of the most affordable systems we have come across.
