Ontrack Workflow is a cloud-based digital asset management solution that offers a resource portal, workflow management, brand control, vendor management and reporting within a suite.

Ontrack Workflow’s resource portal allows users to log in, search and access content. Users can also set budgets for teams and individuals.

Ontrack Workflow also features branding management, so users can distribute brand assets, such as images, logos and templates. This feature also enables users to customize fonts, text and color schemes and localize content by adding regional office locations.

Ontrack Workflow features “Vendorlink,” which allows users to manage orders for multiple vendors from a portal. It enables users to create, track and receive orders. The product also features reporting and analytics, where users can prepare reports on usage levels, prices and stock levels. The vendor offers online support for customers.

Highly functional and configurable software combined with great support and service.

Pros

We have used OnTrack to deploy an "Everyday Marketing" program for our sales team. They are able to create customized direct mail campaigns that are brand compliant with just a few clicks. Recently, we worked with the support team to integrate OnTrack with our instance of Salesforce.com to turn this into a trackable, measurable sales campaign resource. We also leverage OnTrack to create highly customized print-on-demand brochures.

I can't say enough about the people behind OnTrack. They are so responsive and have been a huge part of our continuing innovation with OnTrack over the years.

The platform is super easy to use - it is almost self explanatory. Only basic training on inventory.
