Bitrix24’s customer relationship management (CRM) solution provides a platform for businesses to organize and track interactions with potential or existing clients and partners. The software allows users to log and manage client interactions, capture and store lead data, generate sales reports and perform segmentation of target audiences.

Leads received from a user’s website (for example, from an order or feedback form) can be fed directly to the CRM. Users can then create message templates, send individual or group emails to leads and contacts, capture notes on client interactions, schedule meetings and assign tasks.

Users can create personalized invoices for clients by automatically inserting client information and sending them directly to the client's email address.

Bitrix24’s sales funnel functionality offers an overview of sales transactions in progress and their respective stages. With the sales dashboard, sales agents can see how many deals they’ve won, how many clients haven’t been invoiced yet and an agent’s rating in comparison with other sales team members.

Just like my title, this is indeed the BEST CRM you didn't know about!!!! Free or paid!!!

Pros

It has more to offer than most CRMs out there, especially more than paid ones like Salesforce. You get your customer base tracking, CPQ, intranet, project and task management, and more. The best part is that most companies can use the free version to do everything. I used it with my last business which I had for 5 years, at which I had 8 employees, with 5 affiliates in other countries, and never needed to upgrade to paid version.

Cons

If you run into any issue with their app, they will make you upgrade, even though the very basic notion of installing and logging in shouldn't be a $39/mo cost for life. I feel this should be most basic working need.

Pros

Reasonably priced, and no cost for up to 12 users is cherry on the cake. Ideal for startups who are new to CRM and leads management and even medium-sized business would find the advanced features very useful.

Cons

To be honest, there is not much about this product that I don't like except that you don't' get a heads up from the company during upgrades and you have to wait for sometime.

Pros

I love the possibilities that my company can use all in one product. Workgroups, Task, HR CRM and even web hosting. Looking forward to learning more and moving more processes over from Google to Bitrix. We chose the professional version ....unlimited yes!

Cons

It is overwhelmed with choices and learning. Even though their training support modules are great sometimes you would like to talk to a human.

This software is FREE. And nothing can beat that. It just requires manual entry of lead generations.

Pros

All media actions can be tracked on one platform. It is great for those with multiple media platforms. This company has been around for a long time. While free is not always free this is indeed free. You can pay for advanced options which will make your experience much easier.

Cons

It may be a little too advanced for beginners, but with the tutorials they should be fine with this program.

NOTHING! Its sounds amazing but when you actually want to try to work it it's awful! Customer service was no help what so ever!

Cons

Dreadful customer service. Wasted 2 days on this and literally achieved nothing! Tried to upload our existing database with a couple of customer fields and just kept coming back as an error. Contacted customer services and got no where! Just wasted by time for 2 days! Like switching CRM's isn't complicated enough!

I love the platform. because it allows you to start with a free account and let you have almost all the necessary features.

Pros

It is a good platform for all of the cooperates to see how they can optimize their operation. It was interesting for us to see how we can improve our overall performance of the staff. It is good to start for free and see if it is something you want to do OR lacking in your organization.

Cons

Lack of guidance for staters. It can be improved by the organization if they can have an optional full demo for all customer.

Project and TASK management tool really good.

Cons

On paper all looks fine, but when you begin to work, then lot of problems appears almost in every tool, except Project management. For example, in CRM under Company history you not see any activity, even there are lot of activities with Companies staff that are linked with current company.
If you plan new activity and want this activity link to new Contact, Company, Opportunity, it is not possible - you need at first create company, contact or opportunity - with almost all other CRM systems - Pipedrive, Pipeliner, GoldMine you can do this on the fly.
Also lot of problems with Time management and Work time reports, where shows unrealistic times - for example - time worked per day - more as 44 hours!!!
Looks that Bitrix different modules created separately and common features not links between modules and works as separate units and then is question - is it really one platform?
Another words are for Bitrix support - worst what I seen - even we have Proffesional subscription plan. Our support tickets waiting for reaction more as 3 days, sometimes no answers. Bitrix deskto app have direct connection to Bitrix support, but sometimes no response for weeks. Also many answers are from point - we give answer for just answer, but no solving problem. Bad!

For business consultants like me, it is a great tool to recommend as well as offer it as a service to our clients, especially if their Customer Service department is not automated. However, there are deficiencies and also there is no coaching/customer support available live at all hours (we operate in a different time zone GMT+2). Overall, its free version does not give many major benefits, not even on trial. The reports' issue is a major drawback. I still recommend it to clients, but when i mention the drawbacks, they are reluctant to go to the paid packages.

Pros

1. Its connectivity with other platforms, software and social media - TIME SAVING
2. The ability to assign jobs (even in the free version)
3. Seeing the progress of a lead to becoming a client, as well as having total sale amount per client

Cons

1) Very time consuming to learn
2) Cannot answer privately to a lead coming from Facebook (have to return back to the page)
3) Does not connect to other major social media
4) Its first paid package is still costly (from the small business person's point of view)
5) No reports or download of data availability (at least in the free version)
6) The free version allows only 100 entries so for heavy Facebook traffic of leads, we cannot access beyond one week!

This is a MAJOR solution for our faith based NPO. We are just getting set up and started in the digital database world, communicating with leaders all living 3 hours apart on separate campuses and setting up professional looking mass emails to internal and external key stakeholders. LOVE that I can manage all of this from any computer anywhere in the world!

Pros

Ease in importing contacts, customizable database fields, social links, the mobile app, and much more all in the FREE version.

Cons

Not all the videos fully answer my questions, however, I went to the email support and got GREAT answers and in 2 days time at the longest. I would like a list of people using Bitrix24 who live nearby me or to know about meet ups with other users. There is a map that showed me nearby users - but I can't contact them.

I would still recommend anyone that might be getting their first CRM/intranet to have a look at Bitrix. The free version (which has great value) can get you up and running quickly and with no strain on your finances.

I really like the following features: companies, contacts, timeline for social interactions, internal search tool and the groups structure for segmentation of data. The software is user friendly and you can start using it quickly (free until 12 active users). Mobile App works fine.

Likes Least

Ongoing changes in the product for limiting features that were available before (loss of registered data). Reporting could be improved, mostly for sales forecasts (we gave up using this feature).

Recommendations

This kind of product is basic in terms of registering companies and contacts. Be aware about how it may be used to respect your sales processes / funnel analysis with flexibility and productivity. Evaluate reports.

The best about Bitrix24 is the way it combines the CRm with the telephony, by giving the necessary tools of a contact-center for an average company with a really user friendly online platform. We are implementing the features one by one, so organical change is also possible.

Likes Least

We had to use a SIP telephone provider, as we found that EU prices of telephony were more expensive than our previous provider. But using the built in SIP connector, we could connect our Voip provider and it took less than 1 hour to make this connection.

Recommendations

We were lookiing for a solution to help our CRM and telephony come together, while making sure that we fulfill the legal obligations of Healthcare. First we decided what our key points were and then we tried numerous solutions from the user point of view.

We introduced a platform in our office a year ago. I can say that this is a very bad platform, because the declared functions do not work. Before turning to the negative side of the service, I want to highlight something good. For example, Bitrix24 has both general and private chat. Well, more notifications come without delay.

Cons

Now the main story. We planned to switch to Bitrix24 at the end of 2016. For six months, we moved the database, we planned to start work in the near future. But then it turned out that Bitrix24 does not have a filter for working with clients. Appealed to the support service, all promised to do. As you might guess, nothing was done. We just lost time.

I used Bitrix24 as an experiment and fell in love with it immediately. I am a software buyer for a company and using it on my own when I work from home keeps me organized.

Pros

It's free and indispensable for my daily life. I tried it and became hooked. I made it the software that controls my day. I love the intuitive GUI.

Cons

The free drive space is limited to 5MB and a low amount of free space in comparison to similar products. I wish I could integrate my instant messenger with the bitrix24 chat feature. I also wish I could port my Google Voice number into bitrix24 for use.

I have been working with Bitrix24 for 2 years now. Mastering the platform is not difficult, but I had to spend a lot of time. The biggest plus of the software complex is the availability of a special tariff for small businesses. The functionality of it is limited, but for a small company or an individual entrepreneur is enough.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are more disadvantages than advantages. Support answers for a long time and does not always do it, sometimes it takes 3-4 days to resolve issues. Notifications are late. Few instructions for setting up, so you have to pay money to other people, and so it would be possible to do everything yourself and for free.

With Bitrix21 projects are handled easily and quickly, the free option has been enough for us who are a small company, twelve users in free mode! you can integrate social networks, has chat, you can share documents, deploy projects graphically, in short a tool that looks like a Swiss army knife.

Cons

As I said is a Swiss army knife, the learning curve, is a little pronounced if you want to use all functions, for example permissions for users, the administrator needs to configure everything perfectly to work properly or the other members of the team are limited in some of its functions, you need a button that does everything automatic, otherwise everything ok.

I set off to find the one CRM that would hold many aspects of our business under one umbrella and remove the need for a variety of apps. It offers decent CRM and lead management capabilities and it gets very close to substituting our other team collaboration tool. There is a lot to take in, so I dove in taking a big breath. I’ve heard about Britix24 from other sources and users so I was informed beforehand.
My highlights:

I’m in two minds about the UI – on one hand I like that Britix24 has so much to offer and I need to remind myself that the ultimate goal is a one-stop CRM, but there’s a lot to take in and it can feel overwhelming; however the settings are not pushed upon you as Britix24 gives you choices all the way through though the customization options could be more accommodating.

Bitrix24 is quite a packed tool for project management. It has a free option, which I really like, which gave me the option to explore the tool. I like that it has the CRM option, and it feels like it's like Sharepoint on steroids.

Cons

It's quite complex for first time use! It took me a while to get used to it, eventually, the team that tried to work on it in the company I worked for in the past decided to not use it for our projects.

When we were a small company, our specialists easily processed applications that were received by phone, Skype, e-mail, but as soon as the number of customers exceeded 100, we had problems: the employee forgot to fill out the report, urgently to master CRM. It was Bitrix24. We have set up accepting applications, we can monitor employees who are now much less likely to "forget" to do some work.

Cons

Not all the functionality of the system works perfectly, and the tech support does not work in the evening and on weekends, this creates certain inconveniences.

Multifunctionality of the system is something that attracts many. I like that Bitrix24 can be improved on its own, adding missing options, it's also convenient that the system easily integrates with other third-party applications. There is a division into leads and transactions, tk. the lead does not always turn into a deal - it's convenient. But there is an option when dividing into a lead and the transaction is not necessary, then you can apply the classic version of CRM.

Cons

You will not be warned about this, but during the test period you are connected to the tariff "Company". You get used to everything, you set everything up, employees are happy, the company is working, it starts to pick up paid options. In a month you will be destroyed, completely interrupting the work of the whole company, without warning that they will turn you off. All employees (except for 3x) receive a denial of access. And this is despite the fact that 12 people promised on a free tariff plan.

Taking the decision to use the Bitrix24 system, we expected that it would simplify the maintenance of all the works. After all, the declared functionality is very extensive and it seems that almost all tasks can be solved. In fact, everything is much more complicated.

Cons

Constantly does not work any of the functionals. If the failure in Bitrix itself flies and telephony (We have and their telephony), apparently everything is working on the same server. Accounting software used in our company is also not so simple. Even the automatic unloading of customer cards is impossible, the programmer unloads them manually. The conclusion at the moment is this: it takes so much refinement from outside experts that it's time to look for another solution, or even create your own.

In this CRM, we keep contacts and employees, thanks to which we managed to create a system of contacts unified under our requirements. Moreover, the system has a tremendous opportunity to make calls directly not from applications and without resorting to third-party software. Also I like that even though the support does not work very quickly, the system has a developed Internet community where you can ask for help and the guys will never give up.

Cons

The free version of the software is suitable only for small teams or a trial period. I say so, because I do not like that when using the free version, a promotional link for Bitrix24 is forcibly attached to each message :(

This is a good tool that allows you to work with several projects at once, track their status, organize mailings, distribute work in a team, assign individual tasks to performers. What I still like is a simple and clear system for distributing roles between users of the system and good documentation for the project.

Cons

The design of CRM looks obsolete. Yes, the interface is simple and straightforward, but I would like to see some creative from the developers.

Pros

Bitrix is easy to use, it is cheap and have a lot of feautures and integrations. It gives us more than expected.

Cons

Bitrix support in Rusia could be better. The interface of Settings could be improved.
