Pulseway is an integrated IT assets and network monitoring solution designed for IT administrators to remotely monitor and control their business IT resources. The solution supports multi-deployment architecture, allowing the users to choose either on-premise deployment or hosting within the cloud.
Pulseway allows managed service providers (MSPs) to view the real-time status of their system resources, monitor overall network performance and install critical updates from a central console. The platform helps with defining scripts to automatically schedule maintenance, backup, security check and other IT activities.
Pulseway enables users to control devices connected to their network from a single point and monitor their performance. The solution also offers a Rest API for integration with third-party applications.
Pulseway is a cross-platform application and can run on multiple operating devices including Windows, Linux, Mac, Android and iOS-based devices. Pulseway is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email, phone and product tutorials.

This is fantastic Network Monitoring Tool. You can access any server from any device. I use it on my phone to monitor our servers when on Vacation. Alerts can be set for a variety of issues, system down, storage, etc.
Has some minor bugs but otherwise I didn't find any major cons with this product. Would recommend this for any Sys. Admin or Noc Engineer.

Pulseway is affordable and very functional for managing customer servers and endpoint devices. The mobile app allows technicians out in the field to achieve more than any other RMM software on the market.
I wish they would spend more time on the remote support interface giving technicians a little more features to utilize from a remote terminal feature.

This product is simple, satisfying, feature rich, and is very robust, easy to deploy and set group polices amazing
Don't expect great reports, built in 18 with no customization at this point. Is not build with Linux or Unix in mind.

Easy to setup
dashboard and app
Pulseway are accessible , we use that dashboard app to get events to use in our overall dashboard
Dashboard app lacks customization options
i miss a list of all events instead of the marquee in the buttom.
Server events is decentralized configured
I love the pricing. I pay far less than what I would pay with other RMM providers. I get more than I pay for with Pulseway. I manage hundreds of computers as the sole IT provider for my company. I tried multiple competitors software before deciding on Pulseway. The others were cumbersome or had licensing that did not fit what we needed to do. With Pulseway I pay for what I need, no more.
There are areas that Pulseway lacks in, the predominant being MAC usage. My only complaint is not being able to push MAC updates, and use the remote desktop App on a MAC.
Amazing support team - makes the setup process a lot less painful, great response times, extremely wide variety of monitoring capabilities, relatively fair pricing, semi-active community, extensive mobile app, PSA/RMM integration makes for easy ticketing/billing, active communication, once you're familiar with the product it becomes very easy to use.
Great "All-in-one" solution that is more affordable for MSP's looking to avoid more expensive bigger-name solutions. Can and will continue to compete with the bigger companies in the future.
Roadmap sometimes inaccurate, small customer base means forums are sometimes less active, setup can be painful if you don't have experience working with similar solutions. Technical support staff (available for training/onboarding) are helpful but team size is relatively small so their isn't always a lot of availability when it comes to scheduling. User manual doesn't help troubleshoot issues. Can't whitelabel the customer portal URL, which is unfortunate for some MSP's.
Overall however, a fantastic product for MSP's.
mobile mangement mobile management mobile management!!!
All the other MSP software I fooled around with stinks when it comes to mobile. Pulseway was the only one I could recommend if mobile is how you want to run your shop. I can get a ticket instantly on my iPhone (and shows up nicely on my apple watch). I can do all automation, check statuses and tons of other commands and reports right on my phone.
They don't have rd on mobile just yet but they told me it is coming later in 2018. But to be honest, I can remote with another software into an office PC that is remoting into what I need. It is an extra step, but no big deal.

Monitoring, PSA, RDP and more all under a single pane of glass.
Pulseway is designed to operate in a single pane of glass architecture. In addition, the development team at Pulseway is very agile in adding new features.
At times, new products seem to come to market a little too soon. Once it has been live, fixes are issued and operations continue.
Easy server monitoring from the Pulseway Phone App. Custom alerts to ensure servers are functioning properly on a daily basis.
Very affordable for the services provided. We installed this on about 20 critical servers to monitor their status. We would receive real-time updates as soon as the server went offline. When we would get offline alerts for all servers, we new immediately this was possibly a power outage and we would work quickly to safely turn off the monitors. Also allowed to add access to specific modules such as SQL queries or Active Directory. The Active Directory module is great for anyone that manages user accounts. Often times if we were in a meeting or out of the office, we could easily unlock users, reset passwords, etc from the mobile application. It is very easy to install and the interface is very straight forward. Allows you to have many options for specific alerts (when the server goes offline, when storage space is being maxed out, unauthorized logins, etc).
There wasn't anything I did not like about this product. I highly recommend this to be added to any organization with critical servers.

I'm a very small MSP that uses Pulseway daily to manage my client systems. I don't need to invest thousands like my competitors. Pulseway simply works. The mobile app is great and saves me a lot of time.
I wish it had more built in automation scripts. I think I will need to read up on scripting so I can write my own.

It just works, it's reliable. Its mobile app is so convenient and easy to use. We can quickly see issues and attend to them before the customer calls, which makes us look great!
There are some basic features missing, such as ability to automatically protect services (restarting them automatically) instead of having to create Windows Scheduled tasks and rules etc.
Disk/RAID health monitoring should have some sort of native embedded monitors instead of relying on Event logs and manually creating them.
Shadowprotect needs to be updated to support SPX not just v5.
Reporting could be done better and more customisable.

With the monitoring and management features giving direct access to terminal and powershell, I've found this to be an invaluable tool. Now with the new Patch Management with scheduling, it's proven to be even more valuable. The remote desktop feature is handy for helping users, although I rarely need to use it. But it works well if needed.
I can't think of anything to complain about Pulseway - it has made managing my systems so much easier.
Reliable and reported problems before other remote monitoring tools did
iOS app works well and has proved invaluable
Once setup then just let it run
Currently used to monitor just servers and would like to implement on more devices but the cost for small organisations is a bit too much.

Amazing! The work and quality of Pulseway has no comparison and the wide variety of services and their way of dealing with the client has no comparison, leaves you very satisfied !.
I really do not have any complaints about Pulseway, I can only say that I recommend it to 101% and that it is one of the best design companies I have found, the variety of its services please anyone.

Very easy to use and does exactly what it says it did. We have benefited straight away from the features it has together with other features we did not have with our older product such as notification of critical updates available on certain machines.
Some of the reporting is not as good as we would like. We would quite like CPU usage to display times during the day for example. All you can see is cpu spikes during a specified day, you cannot drill down into times etc.
Powerful RMM features with anti-virus integration. Robust capabilities and intuitive UI. Simplifies our entire infrastructure.
Steve from Coastline Trust Company
Pulseway allows me to manage servers and workstations remotely with ease. The mobile app has saved me from trips on site nearly daily. The Pulseway team is constantly adding new features and the support folks are very responsive and thoroughly knowledgeable of their product. I don’t know how I got through my first 20 years in IT without it.
Jim from Computer Consulting
Good monitoring tools and automation of tasks, good combination of features overall. Especially like having the PSA integration.
No backup integration. Would really like to see a cloud backup option to add to existing features..
Achilles from Research
Pulseway has many advantages. Firstly, it gives you the ability to administer your systems (servers, computers, etc) remotely, by including many features (command prompt, windows update, antivirus update, etc.). Secondly, it allows you to schedule jobs (e.g. windows update) or to execute tasks for all of your systems.
I believe that Pulseway has two disadvantages. Firstly, it is my opinion that the cost of this service should be reduced. Secondly, it should have the ability to wake up computers without the use of a static ip address (with the use of a broadband router).
Well written and affordable. I usually know the server is down before my Clients contact me. Peace of mind knowing all systems go.
- Easy to setup and get running
- Loads of configuration options
- Quick to get alerts and straight-forward dash/wallboard
- Good phone app
- Some functionality and admin functions can be difficult to find
- It's not free!
- Struggling to find many cons
Getting notification of issues with computer status and even notified if an app quits running. Very handy for database management
Lack of full feature set on Macs. Windows version much more robust and useful. Even so, it is the best way for me to keep an eye on all our critical services.
- Remote desktop is superb
- Have your companies pc's managed on a single place
- Able to manage AV in all pc's easily
- The UI should be easier and cleaner
- Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc)
- Some pc's information should be available when they're offline
