Zoho Assist is a cloud-based help desk solution designed for small and midsize organizations across various industries. The solution allows technicians and company agents to schedule and remotely manage customer requests across multiple geographies and time zones.

The product features a built-in “customer widget” that allows users to log into sessions with the help of a widget code provided by the support staff. Customers can access the widget portal via emails, websites or custom links and remotely set up sessions with agents based on their availability.

The solution also allows users to share their computer screens with the agents to help them understand and resolve issues.

Additionally, Zoho Assist offers file sharing functionality that allows customer agents to share updates or patch files with their customers to stay better equipped for handling customer requests.

Zoho Assist offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support through an online knowledge base.

We never face the disconnection or non connection issue unless there is a issue with internet service provider.

Pros

Help your customer with the inbuilt features like screen sharing, Instant chat, file transfer, it supports up to 2 GB file transfer. Secured and configurable as per your requirements.

Cons

Reboot and reconnect option is really helpful because, at the time of trouble shooting, you may need to reboot the client system several times. ZOHO Assist will reconnect after reboot the clinet system.

Sometimes the connection to other computers can be slow (could be their internet speed). Have had random disconnects in the middle of a session.

It is a reliable and useful product.

Pros

Cheaper than the leading brands of remote support products, it is a reliable and useful product. Multiplatform, you can give support to mobile devices (iOS, Android). One of my most used functions is the ability to see the client's screen, and with just one click client can see your screen.

Cons

Sometimes clients get confused and download more than once the application, instead of automatically starting if you already have the downloaded application.

I really like the speed of Zoho Assist, the other design and platform factors are not so important, I see that speed is what is gradually raising the rating of Zoho Assist and is managing to maintain a support adequate in each of the people who use it.

Cons

The problem would be the application of Zoho Assist for mobile phones, tables and even on iOS devices, I would like it to be accessed with remote support with better quality, I see that the PC looks with a quality that really likes to connect to help remotely, but by mobile phone is the opposite.

I have benefited from its use because I have noticed that I have obtained better communication with my employees, I have managed to establish a support area where we all learn how to solve the problems.

Pros

The most pleasant thing about Zoho Assist would be speed. The truth was time without finding a program that would allow me to connect to a PC without any kind of slowness, it is a very fast program that focuses on bringing absolute comfort through the speed of video.

Cons

I would complain about the prices, it is a software that has very innovative functions and I think it should be more accessible with respect to the prices offered to the customers in the plans.

Pros

This is a pretty functional tool to get companies organized at a reasonable cost. it is also great solution that integrates all the necessary functions in your marketing process all in one place.

Cons

I don't have much to say about the downside. I guess I would say some task takes awhile to work out than others so you would find yourself having to solve some issues on Zoho than it making your life easier.

It is fair but not sure if its worth the money because your limited. Any other features or functionality raises your monthly. Even increasing your storage increases your cost! So as your lists grow your cost grows. There are so many other crm's out there there must be a better one and better cost with more features available.

Pros

The robust amount of features that they offer ! The dashboard has everything in one place. Very easy to upload and filter leads.

Cons

Overall, this software is great if you’re not IT savvy like me. Once you have it installed, your IT professional can take over your computer and be in the driver’s seat. I love it!

Pros

I work remotely as an Account Executive and my Marketing Director uses this software all the time to connect to my PC. He is able to take control of my computer and I can just folllow along.

Cons

The hardest part about this software is the initial download. You have to download it and then find where you downloaded it to and then run and install it. For me, that is a little bit of a challenge. However, once it is installed, I can share my screen very easily.

I use the service when a client who has addressed me directly needs help. I liked fast synchronization with a remote device and high speed of work. For 2 years of use I did not find any technical errors.

Cons

I need to grant administrator rights more than once. I really want the developers to fix it. Also, in one transfer, you can send just one file. When you need to transfer a lot of files, you have to send them one by one and spend time on it.

We could able do most of the admin task from remotely | like auto-reconnect after reboot, WLAN to turn on the PC's in our machines and support engineer based control

Easy to access, easy to use. A very good screen quality and speed. Android app works very well too.

Cons

It have issues with keyboard. When press CapsLocks the next character allways came with ^ character first. This is unconfortable when capture passwords. Also Unattended client installation have issues: need to deactive Kaspersky to run, if not, it detects installation process as a threat.

The software makes it very easy to administer remote workstations where most users don't have admin access due to corporate security policy.

Pros

Ability to run as a service, initiate reboots, and allows answering Windows UAC prompts. Easy to use. Allows users to run without admin access, but admins can boost their privileges easily.

Cons

Would like the base package to allow two techs instead of one. Otherwise, the software does what it's intended for and we are very happy overall.

I was looking for lowest cost, remote support software so that I can better support my small business clients. The previous software subscription charged more than double for a fraction of the allowed clients. Now, I am able to support more clients with their accounting and Quickbooks/Other software needs without driving on site feel like I'm wasting money for a tool that I may not use daily! You just can't beat the price for this tool compared to similar tools I have used.

Pros

Ease of use, security, and most of all the low price! I was able to setup and help a client on day 1.

Cons

I'll let you know. It does what I need it to do. So, I don't have any complaints or cons at this time.

Easy option for remote support and unattended support of clients computers/servers.

Pros

easy to use, easy to maintain clients as well as add new clients to the unattended section, easy to start/invite clients that need remote support. Android app is also very handy to use to access unattended computer that needs to be restarted.

Cons

no option under unattended access to put notes regarding computer you are managing. it would be nice to have a spot under the menu where you can restart/rename..etc.. to have a notes option just like the remote support feature has.
