CandyBar is a cloud-based customer loyalty management solution designed for restaurants, salons, spas, retail stores and auto shops. Key features include a dashboard, real-time tracking of customer activity and program performance reports.
CandyBar lets users set up loyalty programs based on customers activity such as number of visits, amount spent during each visit and more. Employees can look up customers based on name or phone number. Customers can receive rewards in the form of digital "stamps" sent via SMS. The SMS includes information about the type, quantity and validity of the reward points received.
CandyBar also provides a dashboard that helps store owners to analyze loyalty program performance based on the customer feedback. Store owners can invite customers to provide feedback for the reward program specifically and for general service after a visit to the store.
The solution is priced on a per month subscription basis which includes support via email.

Ease of use, and its design. I like that you can customize some parts of it. I like how it links your devices. Our customers really like it so far too, and sign up has been going ok
there needs to be a short cut on the customer facing sign up screen, I hope to speak w them soon and get this sorted for me. sometimes theres a small delay between customer facing & our computer when we are doing stamps, but it really is very user friendly and worth a try.
