Pros/Cons

Pros
This software is very easy to use. I was able to be up and collecting with minimal training. It's certainly made my job easier - no more manual emails and our customers are paying more promptly!
It helps a lot when it comes to keeping track with your customers and their accounts. Their customer services is super fast.

Cons
A little complicated in setting up but customer service is excellent.
I'm still learning all the tricks to using the software effectively so the only thing that causes a little extra work is reloading updated invoices. Since we only have 2-3 a day it's not a big deal.

Pros
Beyond is easy to use. We were up and running in no time. It meets all of our needs and they keep it up to date.
I like the ease of use (especially with the Beyond product - which is WAY better than Sting) and integration with PDC4U.

Cons
SOME FEATURES THAT WE FEEL SHOULD BE STANDARD ARE NOT OFFERED AT ALL. SUPPORT IS HELPFUL, BUT SOMETIMES NOT ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I FEEL LIKE SOMETIMES.
There were some issues converting the data due to the way we handle our accounts as opposed to how other companies may do it.
