Pros/Cons

Pros
This software is very easy to use. I was able to be up and collecting with minimal training. It's certainly made my job easier - no more manual emails and our customers are paying more promptly!
It helps a lot when it comes to keeping track with your customers and their accounts. Their customer services is super fast.

Cons
A little complicated in setting up but customer service is excellent.
I'm still learning all the tricks to using the software effectively so the only thing that causes a little extra work is reloading updated invoices. Since we only have 2-3 a day it's not a big deal.

not very expensive, seems like a good value for what is provided
Easy to use Applying payments is so simple and fast I have other companies and this allows me to be very efficient

Cons
Custom work costs too much. Some things cannot be done, Overall though this product is extremely user friendly.
It was a little difficult to figure everything out in the beginning. But what new software isn't.
