Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very user friendly. It was easy to learn and quickly set up events. The dashboard is great for overview of each event for a quick glance.

  • I love that i can customize my response as much, or as little and very quick to answer all my leads in a timely

  • Cons

  • The credit module can be a little difficult to use but they are constantly updating their system and making it better

  • I wish CrowdCompass was a bit more customizable, but overall its still a fantastic product.

  • Pros

  • The highly responsive and accessible Tech support. The ease of use of the system.

  • The software is easy to figure out and set up. If you need help, their Customer Support is excellent. They have been very responsive and easy to work with.

  • Cons

  • Don't really have any cons. Since it is the only software like it I have ever used, I don't have anything to compare to, but I really enjoy using it.

  • Along with the improvements came a cost increase, certainly reasonable, but not the bargain it used to be for non-profits.
